6th Day, The - Major Fault in Plot
Go to the part where the bad female henchman has been revived/cloned for the first time after being killed. When she awakens she remembers everything up to her death. However this is not possible as one can only remember up to the point that they had their last brain scan.[ and she sure didn't have a brain scan as she was about to die]

i watched the movie in German so maybe they corrected this slip-up in my version but I'm almost certain that they said some time in the movie that you can scan a dead person within the next 30 minutes after they died.

They even explain that they can do a scan up to 12 hours after death, when he was at Repets.

Listen, she might have gotten a brain scan AFTER she died, which means she would remember it!

The fanatic who comes through and shoots What's-his-face even says "Shoot me through the head" or they would do a brain scan after he was dead to discover who his cohorts were.

Your right, but couldn't that just be because that would be destroying his brain? When she died her brain was still scannable. As with the guy who got scanned after get ran over. If you destroy the thing you scan.. Well, then you can't scan it?
