In the episode when the Simpsons go to ghost town, then Grandpa drinks too much and needs to do his own business. His kidneys pop. Homer then decides to have surgery and give his father his kidney. He chickens out, then goes on the Ship of Lost Souls. When he gets washed to shore, he goes back to the hospital. When you see Homer and Grandpa on the hospital bed, they start talking. When you see them right before the picture zooms in closer, the bed is much farther away than when the cartoon is zoomed in!
