Doug {Nickelodeon} - Switched Voices
On the episode titled "Doug Bags a Neematoad", watch the part where Roger and his gang and Doug are in the back of the Honker Burger. Roger is telling his gang to tell Doug about neematoads. Ned says "I thought there was no such thing as neematoad!", except he says it in the mayor's son's voice! You can see and hear it clearly, if you look.

DANG RIGHT! Also, Doug's voice was played by the person who does Roger - this is the very first episode. ALSO, (!) if Doug just moved to Bluffignton, how come when he's older he finds pictures of him as a baby at Bluffignton?

If you haven't noticed, LOTS of cartoons use the same voices for different characters. Ever seen Rugrats??
