In the first scene with the warden (James Cromwell), the boom is clearly visible over Cromwell's head. I went to an early viewing of the film, so it's possible it was taken out before it was widely distributed. But at the time, it was so obvious about half the audience was laughing at it. [SO IF YOU'RE NOT CERTAIN IT'S ON THE WIDE-RELEASE VERSION [IT'S NOT], WHY ARE YOU CLAMING THIS IS A SLIP-UP??
