You've Got Mail - Disappearing Kleenex
In the scene where Meg Ryan is home sick with a cold, Tom Hanks comes to visit with flowers. As he is in the kitchen finding a vase, Meg is sitting at the table in the room in front of him, and there are crumpled dirty kleenex in front of her. Then Tom comes into the room and there is a wider camera shot and the kleenex is gone. There was no time for Meg to throw them away she never moved from the table and was in the camera's view at all times.

If you look carefully she is rushing to clean up the place so she stuffs all the tissues into her coat pocket.

Definate slip-up. Re-read what the slip-up says... after he gets the vase is when this happens. It has nothing to do with her cleaning up and stuffing tissues. Once at the table, it shows a bunch of tissues next to the fruit bowl. He brings the flowers in the vase to the table, they talk, and as he heads back into the kitchen, it pans out and you can see that they have disappeared. Chapter 28 on DVD.

Before Tom (Joe) enters the apartment, Meg (Kathleen) goes around the apartment picking up tissues and stuffing them into her coat pocket. That would be why they aren't there when he comes in.

Watch a few seconds before Tom Hanks puts the vase of flowers on the table. Notice the pile of kleenex on the table. Then watch a few seconds after he puts the vase on the table. The pile of kleenex is gone.
