In the scene where Rachel is coming in to get her passport in her and Monica's apartment, Phoebe is on the floor by the coffee table trying to call London to warn them that Rachel is coming. As Rachel is running in Phoebe says "oh thank god there you are" and puts the cord-less phone on the table but a quick second later, the phone is in Phoebe's hands and not on the table anymore.
