Jaws - Report Error
When Chief Brody is filling out the accident report for the girl that was killed in the beginning, he types in "SHARK ATTACK." Above that entry, the word "coroner" is typed twice. It is incorrectly spelled as, "corner."

This is not a slip-up. It is making the point that Brody is a lousy typist.

So? Forms in real life have typing errors, why can't a form in a movie have a typing error? Do all forms in all movies have to be perfect? It's a slip-up of the (fictional) typist, not the movie maker.
