Where Phoebe is talking to Emily's step-mom, she's making a sandwich. The camera cuts from Phoebe and Emily's step-mom. Phoebe puts mayonnaise on the sandwich. After Emily's step-mom hangs up on Phoebe, and the camera goes back to Phoebe, the mayonnaise is gone.
Actually, the poster was correct. The actual bottle did not dissapear, the mayo she put on her sandwich dissapeared so the comment about 'putting the bottle back in the fridge' is useless.
