Mallrats - Renee's Hair
I didn't notice this first and picked it up on the commentary on the DVD, but I digress: In the scene where they are on Truth or Date, watch for the shot where Renee is asking the question (I forget which one exactly) but her hair goes from light and curly to almost straight and flat against her head.
Before the comments start, I am a true Kevin Smith fan, and yes I know it was shot on a different stage as the rest of the movie.

I think it's really funny that you proclaim yourself a "true Kevin Smith fan", then you mess up the character's name! :)

Actually, you're talking about Claire Forlani's character, Brandi. The scene had to be re-shot because it originally talked about an alternate opening sequence to the one that actually made it into the finished movie. They tried to take out as much of the conversation as they could, but realized they would have to re-shoot some lines to make the Q&A segment flow right. Unfortunately, Claire's(Brandi) hair had grown out a little by then, and wasn't as curly, and the lighting crew couldn't get the same look to the shot as what had been filmed in the actual mall-- the re-shot sequence was filmed in Los Angeles on a soundstage.
