It is near the beginning, during Princess YumYum's song "She Is More Than This". During most of the movie, she has a feather in her head crown. But for several seconds during the song, while she is singing the words, "She is more than this! There's a mind in the body of this pretty miss!" the second or third time around, the feather is mysteriously gone. It is easily seen, so if you look carefully, you should not need the pause button for it to register--the mistake is seen during different cuts.
