If you watch the part where Arnie and Thomas are dangling by the rope under the helicopter, there is one part where the rope is coming to the end. Then, when Thomas pulls out his gun, they both slide down a huge piece of rope till the preacher man falls through the canopy. Where did all that extra rope come from?
