Sixth Sense, The - No Gun
In the beginning scene, Vincent Grey picks up a gun from the bathroom sink and shoots Malcolm. If you cut back a few seconds you can easily see there is no gun on the sink. How dumb can you get?!

No the gun was IN the sink. And you can't see in the sink from the angles they showed, so you are wrong.
