The slip up is in the first scene where we meet Helen Hunts character as the new ad executive. There is a large room with every employee in it for a meeting, and one camera shot showing Helen Hunt and Alan Alda together at the end of the table, if you look up, you can see clearly the entire boom mic hanging over the characters, and the table. Yikes!
