When Kirk arrives on the Enterprise, Spock and Saavik talk in Vulcan. If you mute the TV and read the subtitles, you'll notice they are speaking English (saying the same words as the subtitles) but just being dubbed in Vulcan.

Technically, this isn't an error. The scene was originally done in English, which is why their lips match the subtitles, then later dubbed into Spock's native Vulcan tongue.
