Reservoir Dogs - He Should Be a Donor!
When Mr. Orange gets shot, first, he bleeds ALL over the car. And that is a lot of blood. Then when he is set down on the ramp, the blood is everywhere. There is nooo way a person can have that much blood....and even if there was some way they could bleed that much, there would be no way he would have been able to wake up, let alone have the strength to participate in a shoot out in the end!

I don't know crap about medical stuff, but Mr. White says that a person bleeds a lot from a shot to the gut.

I think the average capacity is about 8 pints. It seems like gallons in the film, note it does dye his shirt a nice pink colour (perhaps he should have been called Mr Pink :-)

The average adult has 8 liters of blood. To compare it to the amount of blood in the car, fill a one liter jug full of red food dye and throw it over the room. That's alot of blood yet only a small fraction of the total amount.

It only looks like a lot of blood when Mr. Orange is in the car because the interior is white. If you notice, the blood is very thinned out all over the seat, so that could've only been maybe half a pint of blood. And he didn't participate in the shoot out in the end. If you'll notice when he shoots Mr. Blonde, he repeatedly pulls the trigger after he stops shooting, because he is so delirious, and it took him a while to sit up to shoot the gun, so he must have been gathering energy for the five minutes or so.

Tarantino had a medical expert in scenes with Mr. Orange and his bleeding problem so that it would always be acurate.

also some of the blood in the car may have been from the original owner of the car as after she shoots mr orange, she is shot herself
