1.First, watch the end of the first episode. When Pikachu is about to get fried by Magmar, Ash cries "Pikachu, no!" or something like that.

2.Then, watch the beginning of the next episode. At this same point, Ash will cry "You'll feel 100% soon, Pikachu!"

3.This might fit, If you stretch it a little, but keep watching.

4.Later, when they are all in the hot springs again, Ash is rubbing Pikachu's back. He says the exact same thing: "You'll feel 100% soon, Pikachu!" This is goofed up! The line was said in the wrong place!
