Pretty Woman - Re-Tied Tie
I'm not sure exactly how far into the movie this egg is but at one point Julia Roberts pulls the knot on Richard Gere's tie down. The camera pans away and when it comes back the knot is back up to his neck. Again it pans away and when it pans back the knot is back down!
