Pokemon - Brock and Misty Had the Wrong Number of Poke' Balls!
1) Watch the beginning of the episode Pallet Party Panic.
2) When Brock sends out his Pokemon, he is holding 2 Poke' Balls. Brock has 4 Pokemon!
3) The same thing with Misty. She was holding one Poke' Ball when she sent out 3 Pokemon!

this thing is called LAZINESS! you can see the same animations (like Brock throwing those 2 pokeballs) in several other episodes. the makers simply used the animations again

The Pokemon can get out of their Pokeballs even if their trainer doesn't hold them. Maybe Brock held the Pokeballs at his belt or something.
