In the episode where Elaine brings George's father to the manicure place so he will translate what they are saying about her, when the scene goes to the back room where one of the women is talking about her affair with George's father during the war. Right before the other women comes in, you can see her shadow on the door as if she's about to come in but then is signaled "not yet".
