During the aerial shot of Georgetown immediately after the Iraq sequence, look to the right above the building on M Street called the "car barn" (which has big rounded doors). There is a banner hanging across the top portion of the building that reads "Merry Christmas". Since the Georgetown segment begins on Halloween this seems to be a slip-up to me. I assume they shot this part much later in the year, closer to Christmas.
