In the scene where the new Buzz has joined the toys and they are about to rescue Woody from Al's Office, (Scene 26 on the DVD), have a close look at Buzz's Belt. First there is the new Buzz, with a Utility Belt, then when he is about to break open the vent he has no Utility Belt and is the original Buzz, (This Buzz is only on screen for about 1 second). After they break open the vent they go in to rescue Woody it is the new Buzz again, with the utility belt.
