At the beginning of the commercial, Eva looks on in alarm as a worker begins to call collect without using 1-800-COLLECT. Just before she jumps to pull him back, we see her shoes: boots with heels. Right after she lands, we see a quick shot of her yanking the guy out of the way, and it is clearly visible that she is now wearing flat-soled tennis shoe type things; then at the end ("Going up?") she's wearing the boots again.
