At the end of the movie, Dabney Coleman is fighting with the bad guy on a window washer's scaffolding on the side of a tall building. Dabney Coleman throws the bad guy over and he falls several dozen stories to his death. Now Dabney Coleman should be all alone up there except for a split second you can see the head of another person standing right below the scaffolding looking at Dabney as he struggles to climb back up. Unless this man is floating several hundred feet in the air it's a slip-up. I was amazed that this made it into the final cut since it's so obvious.
