During the car chase scene, we see Brad Sexton (Tim Allen) driving a stolen yellow cab, being chased by two I.R.S. agents, one of whom is armed. In some shots, he's wearing a seat belt - the shoulder strap is clearly evident. In other shots, during the same scene, he's not!
