Rush Hour - Just Hanging Around
At the scene where Jackie Chan jumps off the bus onto a traffic sign. If you look above to the right and left sides of the sign you will see the straps from some kind of hanging harness, probably from a crane.Anyway, it moves back and forth when he jumps onto it. Basically he doesn't even grab the sign!

I noticed this too. Actually, if you look afterward, there is a construction crew next to the bus when Tucker is showing off his badge and turns around. Then, when it shows Jackie again you can see a yellow crane to the upper, left hand corner. Also the truck that Jackie jumps onto wasn't on the street behind the bus until the shot of Jackie hanging on the sign. But back to the sign, they probably did it because it would have been a lot harder to grab onto the sign if it didn't swing, or it could have broken off.
