Resident Evil 2 - Umbrella Scientists Can't Spell
In the first scenario of Resident Evil 2, at the end when you fight William for the last time, look at the floor by the elevator door. It says "ELEVATER". With all the work that Capcom put into this game, you'd think that they would have fixed something like that!
NOTE: I have only seen this on the Nintendo 64 version. I assume it's in the other versions, but I'm not sure. Can somebody confirm this?

It's in the PSX version, too. Trust me, this game is an English teacher's nightmare: "These bullets can't beused by themselves." "Mugnum Parts: These look like parts for a Magnum." "It was the end of one nightmare, and the prelude to the another." You thought this was bad, I heard Breath of Fire 2 was worse.

I think it was mistake they made when translating the game from Japanese.

I never noticed any of those (maybe they were fixed in the N64 version, I don't know), but BoF2 is pretty bad, particularly grammatically.
