In one of the scenes where Ash is walking through the basement, he reaches up to grab a beam on the ceiling to support himself with the hand he had previously cut of with the chainsaw.
Actually, if you take a close look, you'll see that the film was reversed during this sequence (compare the scratches on Ash's face as well as his clothing . . . they're on the opposite side as in other scenes). So, Bruce was using his left hand, but the film later reversed (probably because the direction "flowed" better going the other way than originally shot).

There are several instances in this movie where he uses his "missing" right hand... holding beams, picking up the girl who tries to axe him (I don't remember her name), and in one scene, fighting a demon... Major slip-up!
