In the scene where the cat gets sent to the Pound, and chills out in the cage, listen carefully to the barking noises and the meows in the background... It loops itself! The Pound is actually one little room, but they added this effect to make it sound like a "bigger" room. They didn't really do a good job at making it sound realistic, for you hear a bark that is the same exact bark, around every 8 seconds, and a series of meows which sound the same also.
