Toward the end of the movie there is a car chase scene through the desert.

Actor Dolph Lundergreen is driving a black sportscar. in the closeup shot of the car, the cameraman and sound technician are clearly seen reflected in the car door on a trailer alongside that was filming the scene.

Later in the same scene during an aerial shot of the chase, the shadow of the helicopter filming the chase flies right through the middle of the screen.
