This is quite a bit into the movie, Travis has just blown his horn at someone for cutting him up presumably and the next shot is the camera panning across Palantine's building. You move across the big window in the street, focused on Cybill Shepard's character's desk and if you look carefully at the bottom left corner of your screen near the end of the shot you can see the director with his meaty camera in his hands.
