Rocky 4 - Seat Belt, No Seat Belt
When Rocky gets into his car after the fight with Adrian about fighting the Russian, he puts on his seat belt. As the sound-track kicks in, and flashbacks start, they show Rocky driving. He is no longer wearing his seat belt.
