Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade - The Wind Must Have Been Calm

OK, first off, Indiana NEVER looses his hat...secondly, Harrison Ford stapled the hat to his head so that it wouldn't fly off

Indiana swings into rivers, rides in those open top planes, rides really fast horses, motor bikes, boats etc... He has never lost his hat before, so why would he lose it because of a little wind while boarding a plane? Harrison Ford stapled his hat to his head to make sure his hat would not come off at times like these.
