Scary Movie - Carmen Elektra's Panties
This isn't from the actual movie, but when I was looking at some Scary Movie pictures I noticed that when Carmen Elektra (Drew Decker) has taken off her clothes and is standing under the sprinkler, you can clearly see that there is a bit of cardboard that has been put at the front of her underwear.

Actually, some women's panties have a brown/tan colored lining so that may be what you saw.

Well, I saw the picture you're talking about, and I didn't see any cardboard. Maybe you should look again, or maybe it was a different picture
