Right after Tuck and Roll tear off Hopper's left antenna in the mid-air pursuit. There is a short shot of Hopper flying away still with both antennas fully extended (1:22:20).

All further shots do properly show Hopper with the cut down antenna. I noticed it the first time I saw it, though I don't think most would catch it.
