When Ash's girlfriend becomes part of the evil dead, her face is painted in one fashion, but when Ash drags her out of the house, in the far shot as Ash pulls her out of the door, you will notice that she has entirely a different style of make-up on her face (also I think that she has her hair up in a pony-tail as well).
