Wizard of Oz, The - Several Missed Slip-Ups
1) Watch the muchkin land scene when a munchkin hands Dorothy a lolly pop. Watch carefully and you can see his position change a few times in different shots in relation to Dorothy.
2) In the scene with the horse of many colors, you can see the driver restrain the horse from licking his coat. If you didn't know, the horse's coat was colored with a powdered Jello. I guess the horse couldn't resist.
3)As Dorothy is departing Munchkin land, if you look closely you can see the Mayor adjust his tummy padding.

The scene that I believe you are speaking of wwgeen1029, is after Dorothy and the Scarecrow meet up with the Tin Man. As the three "follow the yellow brick road", there is movement to the left of them. Many believe this to be a stage hand hanging himself, or in your case, a munchkin. However, if you look closely, you will see that it is nothing more than a large Crane moving around.

I looked for when the mayor adjusts his tummy padding, and I found that he does do it a little bit. The part i saw him doing it is right after he says: "Follow the yellow brick road!" Just lettin' you know. ;)

If you watch the horse of a different color, its socks and step canges, indicating that different horses are used for the different colors.

Those are good! I have also seen that when Dorothy is walking along about to meet either the Tin Man or the Lion, if you look really close, you can see that a munchkin hanged himself!!! Guess he was tired of being short.....
