Notting Hill - Where Is the Bathroom?
Go to the scene where Julia Roberts is going to change her T-shirt after getting orange juice on it. Hugh Grant tells her that the bathroom is up the stairs and around the bend, and that is where Julia goes. Later, when Julia comes to stay with Hugh, his roommate clearly goes up just one stair to the bathroom, where he finds Julia. And a little later, we see that it is the bedroom that is up the stairs and around the bend.

I believe what he actually says is that the bathroom is at the top of the stairs and points to the second flight of stairs and the phone is around the bend (in the sitting room to the right). This is where they are and is not a slip up.

I went back and watched this again last night. You are absolutely right, this is a slip-up, no doubt! She goes up two flights of stairs and around a corner to the bathroom the first time, then later Spike just goes up one flight and the bathroom is right at the landing. Good catch!

You're absolutely right! I never noticed this until I read this. Good observation. I really love this site but it bloody amazes me how many stupid bloopers are getting by in these high budjet movies such as Titanic which has the most bloopers by far. You'd think with the high cost they pay for these movies, they could shell out a little extra for a blooper watcher.

Regarding Titanic having the most slip-ups, this would now be incorrect. Titanic is currently running third. The movie beating it with slip-up counts at the moment is Austin Powers 2. But the all-time movie goof according to the number of slip-ups is unfortunately my favourite, The Matrix. I guess there are knit pickers everywhere. This obviously has to be proportional with the most popular films. The ones mostly seen are the ones with the highest slip-up count. I guess all movies have an average of equal mistakes, whether people spot them relies on it's popularity. The movies with the greatest number of slip-ups are as follows, (you draw your own conclusions regarding my theory) Terminator 2, Jurrasic Park, Austin Powers series, The Matrix, Titanic, The Star Wars series, the Alien series and other blockbusters I missed. When I came to this site I was broken to realise my favourite film is the one with the most mistakes. Thats life.
