Star Wars Episode 5: The Empire Strikes Back - See-Through Snow Speeder
In the scene where Luke's Speeder passes the AT AT Walker you can see right through the speeder into the walker. (Look at the left corner in the window of the speeder)
It wasn't a slipup. the producers knew about this since it was a side effect of the way that the super imposed the sppeder around the shot to make it appear that you are in the speeder. it was corrected when the film was redone only beacuse the technology wasn't available to correct it when it was originally made.
