In the opening scene when Bond is chasing the woman in his jet boat he fires two torpedoes at the other boat. If you look at the close up of the torpedoes firing they both get fired out of the top tube. When the second one is fired it shows the bottom tube empty as if the first one was shot out of the bottom tube when it was shot out of the top tube.
