Near the end of the movie killer Michael Ironside is chasing Lee Grant in the basement of a hospital. Lee Grant, who has picked up Ironside's large switchblade knife that he dropped earlier, is hiding in a shower stall. When Ironside steps in front of the stall and prepares to expose Grant by pulling back the shower curtain, Grant stabs him in the stomach, through the shower curtain, with the switchblade. In the next shot of Ironside laying on the floor, he still has the knife stuck in him but there's no shower curtain!
