Halloween H20 - What's in a Name?
In the movie when Michael is looking for his sister, he looks in some files, and finds a file for Laurie Strode. But everyone knows that after the second Halloween, Laurie entered the witness protection agency and lived as Keri Tate. If she was really living as Keri Tate, there would be no files for Laurie Strode. It would have been as if Laurie never existed. A HUGE mistake!

She entered that when she was older. So therefore there would still be files on her from before that happened, I'm guessing

She faked her own death,right after the murders(in Halloween one and two). In Halloween H20 when it shows all the newspaper clippings you will see that it says Laurie Strode was killed in a car wreck, so therefore it was like she just began another life, and Laurie would still exsist, just be dead.
