Lethal Weapon 4 - Tanker Explosion
At the start of the movie where they fight with the Flamethrower Man after rigs shoots the valve and he flys into the tanker and it explodes gibson and glover are running away you see the tanker fall on the car then they talk bout the bird dance then it goes back to a wide shot the car is on fire but there is no tanker to be seen

AUS1979, you are quite wrong. That is NOT a slip-up. When Danny and Mel are talking about if the bird thing helped, they are in-fact facing the other direction, AWAY from the tanker. They do a fast screen shot back to the car and the tanker is in-fact STILL there. Remember to recheck the slip-ups you find before you submit them.
