The part where darien is thrown into solitary (after the jail cell & spider bit), his brother comes in and hands him an envelope. Darien will talk to him, and during one of the cut scenes, he's olding the envelope at an upward angle, the scene changes, and he's looking downward at it on a downward angle, and then the scene switches again. He's holding the envelope in the same upward angle again (I also think he's looking in a different direction).

The second slipup was with the envelope being in the spider tank. The envelope shifts buried positions during cut scenes. The spiders also have moved around "oddly" after cut scenes.
