Bullitt - Hubcaps
In one of the longest chase scenes in movie history to date(1968), the Dodge Charger loses 5 hubcaps, and passes behind the gas station it crashes into. That's in addition to the scene where one of the chase vehicles slides into a camera and as I read in an article, killed the cameraman.

I heard it lost three in the chase and then another three in the crash. I was just about to submit this and checked up first.

I've counted five as well and if you watch the new released version of the movie it has previously unrelased footage of the chase scene showing the charger take out the other car, and debris flying off to the left. If you watch very closely there's no camera man just a camera on a tripod.
