When Princess Isabelle goes to visit Wallace in the dungeon prior to his execution, the guard closes the door behind her, but when the camera pans back to the Princess, the door is wide open!
If you look behind the Princess when she first comes in, you'll see that the guard closes the door. Fair enough, it is not completely closed, but then when you look behind her again, it is completely open.
