At the part when the Native Americans with Dunbar are grieving over the senseless slaughter of the buffalo by settlers, immediately after the young Indian is seen crying and the entire group is heading left to right but towards the screen, look in the background and you will see a fuzzy white shape on the ground just left of center--that is an Assistant Director of Photography who was in the wrong spot at the wrong time and told to duck!
