Supernova - Blue Eyes
In the end of the movie "Supernova", when the characters exchange one of their eye colours, look carfully at the last scene. The man and woman both have a blue and a brown eye, but in the last scene....the man's right eye, (which should be brown) is blue!

I also noticed something else about this movie. If you see those really big spinning things to help make gravity. Well that makes gravity in THAT part of the ship. There is obviously gravity in the cockpit and EVEN THE SHUTTLE when there are no means of creating gravity in those sectors of the ship. But this can't really be a slip-up because almost every space movie makes the same mistake..
