Simpsons - Unless Kent Brockman Is Really Really Fast
In the episode where Homer gets a gun, Kent Brockman is out reporting on the street during the soccer riot. Then you see Snake running out of the Flanders'house with their TV. If you look at the TV you can see Kent Brockman in the TV studio.
My theory is that everyone in Springfield is so dumb that they don't notice old news. They probably watch Kennedy-Nixon debates wondering if Nixon will sweat.
In the episode where Homer goes to the super bowl, they run around for 30 seconds, and Lenny say it's been an hour, in that episode, it could have been 3 hours.
