In the beginning of the film, as the camp prisoners are being led through the fence gate...Look closely and notice the "patch" on the fathers jacket move from one shoulder to the other in numerous scenes.
You may also notice that the people walking behind them keep swapping around too. There's one shot where you can see one man with receding hair and a very dazed and confused look on his face, next shot at the same angle...he's gone!
