In the part where the girl is holding the door shut, so that Evil Ash can't get in. From the outside view of the door, we see a hole. When it cuts to the inside view, the hole appears to be much bigger.
Not to mention that the holes are nearly perfectly round, as if they had been cut with a saw (which was most likely how they were made) rather than a shotgun.
